Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, deactivated from any accounts, and placed back in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
